We offer a wide range of blowers, ranging from side channel blowers, (also known as lateral channel blowers or positive displacement blower), roots blowers, high efficiency turbo blowers and magnetic high-speed blowers.
Our range includes fine bubble diffusers and bio-media for water treatment systems.
We supply products to the following industries: agricultural, aqua & abalone farming, compost tea, water agitation, aeration, water treatment facilities, cement plant, floating tables, pneumatic conveying, packaging and printing industries.
We have over 25 years’ experience in the fan and blower industry with an in-depth understanding of processes and requirements.

We encourage customers to rather over provide information and requirements for their systems when they have an enquiry and need guidance.
We stock mainly standard fans and blowers for most standard day to day applications. We do have agreements with multiple blower manufacturers across the globe, so finding that special product is mostly guaranteed.
Blowers can be supplied with special ATEX rating to handle flammable gasses.
In addition to the ATEX rating we can also have a special coating added to give the blower resistance against corrosive gasses.
Yes, blowers are the perfect solution for pneumatic conveying systems. They work great with venturi and cyclone systems.
Blowers have very small tolerances and are not suited to have product passing through the blower.
We do have a range of centrifugal fans available that can handle products.
We have an inhouse blower repair workshop specialising in our side channel blower range.
We stock spare motors, impellers and manifold housings.
Product Specifications & Performance FAQ
Selecting a blower generally requires a flow rate and a pressure / vacuum needed to be achieved. You also need to allow for your site elevation above sea level.
The product handled and the temperature of the air entering and leaving the blower.
The blower material is generally from aluminium, steel and or stainless steel.
When we select a blower for your application, we will take care to ensure that the correct material of construction is applied.
On most application a special coating can protect the standard material used, eliminating the need for special steels.
The airflow would really be dependent on the type of application. Give us a call to assist.
Blowers are generally fitted with IE1 efficient motors; however, these can be changed / upgraded to IE4 level.
We also have a very high efficient range of blowers available. Depending on the application these efficient units have a payback time of 16 months due to electricity savings.
The safety valve is there to protect your blower against over pressure operation. It could happen that something causes a sudden rise of water level, or a valve closes in your proses. You then want the blower to rather vent to atmosphere. If the blower overloads it causes higher than usual temperature rise, and the motor can be overloaded.
It is good practice to have an overload protecter on any electrical motor. It protects the motor from failure caused by either additional load on the motor of if you do loose a phase on your power supply.
In most agricultural systems blowers are used for agitation. The use of the correct airflow and air distribution system is critical.

Yes, we can ship blowers to all continents.
The majority of our blowers are packed on a timber base with either a timber or boxed covering. When shipping larger quantities, we generally have the units palatized, strapped and wrapped.
All our products have a minimum of 12-month warrantee. Extended periods are available and can be negotiated at time of enquiry.
Support & Troubleshooting FAQ
Check all fasteners and mounting bolts. It might be that something has come loose. You might also want to inspect the blower bearings.
System efficiency would depend on the system. There are specific ways and means, but an in-depth look at your system by a specialist would be needed to take the correct approach.
Yes, we offer full technical support from enquiry to full operational systems.
It is very normal for the blower to have an elevated temperature. Think of it as a bicycle pump, remember how your hands used to burn when inflating the tyre? The very same happens here, as the air is compressed the energy you have put into the air is causing a temperature rise. The rise in temperature is related to the pressure increase you are working at.
