High Efficiency High Pressure Blowers - HSDD
HSDD blowers are the latest technology of high-pressure blowers. Featuring a vane-style, turbo-like impeller operating at high speeds, these blowers achieve exceptional efficiencies, reaching up to 90% efficiency (approximately 30% more efficient than traditional side channel blowers).
One of the standout advantages of the HSDD range is its lightweight construction. Even the largest model weighs only 51 kg, making it easy to install, replace, or relocate without the need for heavy lifting equipment.
The current HSDD lineup includes two model sizes, each available with four motor options ranging from 3.0 kW to 22 kW. What sets these blowers apart is their high operating speeds, aerodynamic impeller design, and optimized casing structure. Operating speeds range from 12,900 rpm to 21,000 rpm.
Each unit comes equipped with a pre-programmed frequency inverter, ensuring easy installation and quick startup. The integrated inverter allows control via 4–20 mA or 0–10 VDC signals, making it compatible with a variety of external devices. This enables real-time monitoring and adjustment based on duct pressure, oxygen levels (ideal for aeration systems), or water depth. As a result, blowers can dynamically scale their output, enhancing energy efficiency by reducing power consumption during low-demand periods.
